1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply when you use OnlineGameVerse ("we," "our," or "us")—the website onlinegameverse.com and the games and features we offer. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

If you do, we may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, and take other action including reporting to authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The site, games, text, graphics, logos, and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other IP laws. Our name and logo are ours—don't use them without permission. Don't copy, redistribute, or modify our games or content, remove our notices, frame our site, or use our stuff commercially without a license.

5.2 User Content

You own what you post (reviews, comments, feedback, etc.). By posting it here, you give us permission to use, display, and share it in connection with the site and our business (including promotion). You must have the right to grant that permission, and your content can't infringe anyone else's rights. We can remove content that breaks these terms or our guidelines.

One arbitrator, U.S. location, and their decision is final. You give up the right to a jury trial and to join a class action. If the arbitration part is found unenforceable, the rest of this section still applies. If the whole arbitration part is unenforceable, disputes go to U.S. courts and you agree to that jurisdiction.

We can change these Terms when we need to—for new features, legal updates, or clarity. When we do, we'll put the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Big changes (e.g. to your rights or how we handle user content) we'll try to call out clearly, and we may notify you by email or a notice on the site when we have a way to reach you.

14. Severability

If a court says one part of these Terms isn't enforceable, the rest still applies.

15.2 Waiver

If we don't enforce something, we're not giving up the right to enforce it later. Any waiver has to be in writing from us.

15.3 Assignment

15.5 Force Majeure
